If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to Scanster Partner Programs and partner related services.

Tangible Products (License Cards)

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to ask for a refund, please contact the point of sale/reseller that has sold you the license and ask for a refund accordingly.

Digital products purchased from the Scanster store/s

We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
